Jaeger Properties was started in 1979. We clearly remember being student tenants while at school here in Michigan. We lived in our first rental house with other Michigan students as our tenants. Our philosophy today is as it was over 40 years ago, “We would gladly live in any one of our properties, because it’s just like home.” All the amenities that we enjoy in our home are found in our rental properties. From modern kitchens, bathrooms and laundry conveniences to the quality of the furnishings and floor coverings we provide, they must meet our high standards just as in our own home.
We want you safe so we provide subtle items others don’t. From safely lit parking lots and driveways with motion sensitive lighting that saves energy, to well maintained locks on doors and windows as well as fire extinguishers near each kitchen stoves.
Energy saving is important to us, too. We have used compact fluorescent lights for years, and now LEDs wherever possible along with energy star appliances, furnaces and water heaters.
So to us, this all just makes sense, we would not have it any other way… and of course we have 24/7 maintenance for your peace of mind. And we hope to get to know you, too!,
