- DO MY PARENTS NEED TO SIGN THE LEASE?
No, if you are 18 years of age or older your signature is all we need.
- WHAT DO I PAY WHEN I SIGN A LEASE?
We collect one and one half month’s rent and a non-refundable $100 per person prep fee.
- WHAT IS THE PREP FEE FOR?
We cannot charge for cleaning, but your unit is professionally cleaned, professionally painted and carpets are cleaned by Eric’s Fresh Carpet Care. The prep amount goes towards this process…believe us, these units are sparkling clean when you move in!
- DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No, we need to do our best to limit problems for tenants with allergies. Pets leave dander and we can not guarantee that we can clean enough to rid the carpet of dander. If we have to replace carpet due to a pet it gets rather expensive and will affect your security deposit.
